do you have it set to the right zip code? have you cleared your cookies and cache. What version of android are you running, it does not work for all, and all you can do is change the cable box channel with it in certain markets.

these are what comcast posts as the requirements.
Compatibility and Known Issues:
- Xfinity TV app supports most Android handsets running Android 2.2 and higher.
- Xfinity TV app supports the Motorola Xoom tablet running Android v3.1 and later. Other Honeycomb v3.x tablets with a 1280x800 resolution should work. We will certify the application on additional tablets soon.
- Xfinity TV app may work on other Android devices not listed above but it has not been designed or optimized for them. They are currently unsupported.
- Xfinity TV app currently supports devices that allow more than a 16MB memory limit on applications and will automatically detect the required memory. This includes most devices. However, the AT&T HTC Aria is a notable exception and is not compatible.

I'm not sure what you mean by "I set it the same as the web site I use on my desk top". The Xfinity.tv App doesn't need a website 'set'.
If you are having trouble with the app, try rebooting your phone to make sure the app is not running, then going into your Application management app that is part of the Android OS, and clearing the data for the Xfinity.tv App, then try starting the app again.

I meant i set it to Lambertville Cable same as home. Ohter than that.. all my set top boxes show up no problem then when I hit next to load the tv -listings.... it just spins the timer loader round and round..it never loads a thing. I have uninstalled it adn reinstalled it numerous times now. I have given up. I also ran it on my wireless network at work and home as well as the ATT wireless network. Nothing matters, it just doesn tload the Tv listings nor let me get back to settings.

does it work on your pc? try logging in and out of the app. Like it says above the app does not work on every tablet.

uninstalling and re-installing doesn't necessarily delete the application data. Try my suggestion of deleting the application data before you give up....

Ok I folowed your directions, I cleared application data, restarted the application, re signed in and it go to the tv listing area. But, it stuck loading the listings again.......
I give up.. when y'all have a fix for the android , I would love to use the product. It works fine on my daughters IPhone...

Seems to be a widespread issue no employees want to discuss.

My problems began when I upgraded my Motorola Atrix 2 from Gingerbread to Ice Cream Sandwich. NO SUPPORT from Comcast/Ex-Finity.
