Can not view videos or movies on I pad2

I have downloaded the xfinity t.v. App and can not view videos kon my ipad2, can you please help me solve this problem.

What error message are you getting?

What videos are you trying to watch?

No error messages just a statement saying download xfinity t.v. App which I did and it still is not working. Trying to watch videos such as sports or the watch now movie The Body Guard with Whitney Huston and Kevin Costner.

Open the app and click the Play Now tab at the bottom of the screen. Then find a movie that you want to watch and click the play button.
