First try to get it working on your computer. If you can't get it to work on the computer then you won't be able to get it to work on the phone.

also, play now is the on demand programming so that is a little confusing. click the tv tab on the top of this page and then to profile in the top right make sure you do all the steps to complete your profile. make sure you have the right zip code in for your service. also if none of that works go to your box guide and to remote set up. if you see that you can delete it there and then try to resych it with the app.
