FYI everyone having issues with the xfinity TV app. There is a new IOS version out today. Go to the app store and download it, it might fix some of your issues.

FYI I just downloaded it and now play now does not work. So if you have no issues with it you might want to wait as there must be a problem with it. Ill report back if I can get it working.

5.0.1 version. I cleared my cookies and cache and it looks like only showtime is not working for me. It did work before the update though.

Looks like you have to restart your device after you download the app. I still cannot get showtime to work. Everything else works, even hbo go.

exact same problem here. The trailer plays then it says playing and then goes dark. Glad its not just me. Anyone at comast have any ideas. It all worked before the new app.

There is definately a problem with the app. Look at the reviews on apples site. last I checked there were 60 reviews and most give one star saying it doesnt't work. I had no problems at all using the app on everything until the update now almost nothing will load and play. I just get the trailer and then a black screen.,
