TV app/ need help please

I recently installed xfinity TV app on iPad , I scroll thru shows/movies pick episode and then it tells me I need to download an app that I already have installed...any suggestions?

you can only view on demand shows that are listed in the play now tab only.

You can only watch videos through the app. Open the app and then click the Play Now tab at the bottom of the app that rog286713 is reffering to. All the movies and shows under this tab are available to watch on your iPad.
