You cannot watch videos on your iPod through the Safari browser but you can watch videos through the Xfinity TV App.
Follow the link for download instructions and further information:

I'm sorry, but this is the error message while using the Xfinity TV app; I already have the app installed and was trying to use it. Is there a port forwarding number that I need to let the router know about?
Try uninstalling than re-installing the app and then try again.
Also, what shows/movies are you trying to watch?
Thanks,
Joe

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Trying to play anything from Friends to Seinfeld. No videos, just the 400 error after it checks parental controls ( I switched the switch to ON to view adult content). Next suggestion for solution please.
Try this solution from user derangedpotato:
Go to the settings app->Wi-Fi->tap the arrow next to your Wi-Fi network->change the DNS server to 75.75.75.75.
You'll have to do this for every network that streaming doesn't work on. I had this same problem with the Netflix app.

Joe

Looked at setting, it was already:
75.75.75.75, 75,75,76,76
So I did as suggested, just in case, and still get the Error 400
Perhaps seeing the Error 400 enough times will annoy the both of us.
Do you have another suggestion before I delete the 36mb app?
What version iPod Touch do you have?
Thanks,
Joe

Are you using the primary log-in on your account or a secondary log-in?
Also, when on a PC or Mac, do videos work on Xfinitytv.com?
Thanks,
Joe

I use the login required with Xfinity app.
I went to Xfinity TV Comcast website on PC notebook computer and was able to play Walking Dead without problem.
Ok, so it is not an account issue.
Are you running iOS4 or higher on your iPod?
Thanks,
Joe
