I cannot get the app to work...
I've tried the following:
Logging off and on
Downgrading iOS 4.2.1 to 4.1
Has there been a recent update to the app that is incompatible with iOS 4.1/4.2.1???
Note: the app worked fine a couple of weeks ago, prior to the upgrade.
Can you sign into the app?
Are you receiving an error message?

Correction: I wiped it out and upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2.1.
Note: My xfinity tv app wouldn't work after that either...could the 2 issues be related???
