I've been trying to watch On Demand programs on my iPad...like Revenge, or Parenthood...but when I select them, it sends it to my TV ... I want to be able to watch it on my iPad.....

Install the Xfinity app from iTunes on your iPad.

I already have the app....and just can watch the play now programs...but not the On Demand programs...Why?? What I'm doing wrong?.

"Play Now" is what you use to view the available videos on the iPad.  On Demand allows you to essentially use the iPad as a remote to select videos for viewing through the cable box to the TV.

Thank you......It's frustraiting... I want to watch the latest tv shows, and they are just available On Demand.....

It's the same way with the iPod touch. It such a pain you should not have to redown load any app period.

you need to press the play now icon on the bottom of the app for the touch and top of the app for the pad.  The licensing for on your tv and mobile devices is different.
