Xfinity TV App

I cannot get DVR manager to work. Been trying for over a week. System keeps telling me to install XfinityTV app but it's already installed. Any suggestions?

do you have a motorola or pace box it only works for those boxes.  Also the new app barely works comcast messed that one up big time.

When you click on the Xfinity TV App to open it, it is telling you that it is not installed?
