I am having troubles with the Xfinity TV app for iPad. I am trying to watch various videos, but the videos keep crashing and returning me to the app menu. Please address this problem with an update. Thank you.
can you tell us what videos, do you subscribe to those channels? are you hitting the play now button on your ipad, do the shows work on your tv if you try it there?
if all works but not on the ipad, clear cache and cookies and then go to the app in settings on the ipad and in there clear all data, restart the ipad and try again.
