Xfinity TV iPhone app not finding cable box

I just had service installed today - I have a Motorola DVR that appears to be on the list of compatible devices for app control, but when I tried to access it from the app, it says none can be detected.  Does it just take time for it to register or is there a step I'm missing or what? I was really looking forward to this feature and I will be disappointed if I can't use it :smileysad:

Yes, give it until later in the week to show up.  It takes time for the databases to all sync up.

Mine isn't finding any boxes available either
And so they sent new signals to the boxes still nothing yet for me... But it's only been eight hours for me everything else works but I can't use my phone as a remote control
