It worked great for months, but recently stopped working...
The iPad works fine on Wifi for everything else that I do. I am only having problems with the Xfinity app.
Help?

so are you talking about the xfinity mobile app or the tv app? The xfinity mobile app ( connect app) they call it now has many issues. Read the connect app thread to see.

I'm talking about xfinity TV app on iPad 3. Every video I try to watch says, "Sorry, we've experienced some difficulty playing your video."

its probably an issue on comcasts end if you cleared the cache and cookies retarted the pad, uninstalled the app reinstalled it that is pretty much all you can do. Have you gone into settings and then to the app and cleared the data from there? Also do that then sign out of the app then back in using the primary account holders credentials and try again. After that its probably on comcasts end.
