Worked fine on my 3GS. On the 4s, attempting to play any content I am allowed, I get the pop-up error:
"Sorry, we've experienced some difficulty playing your video"
I've read all the other threads, changed DNS, cleared cache, deleted and re-downloaded... nothing works. True no matter what wifi I am connected to.

Also- the app recognizes my tv name and proper channels, but the test does not show on screen nor can I control the DVR or anything else.
They did change our converter box a few weeks ago. The old box died.

if you changed the box you need to delete the old set up and redo it. On your box menu go to settings do you see remote access set up? If you do delete it and then go back to your pc so set it up. Also check what devices show authorized under the tv tab at the top of this page.
