For about a week now, when I click on Manage my DVR in the app (for iphone), it brings me to a page that says to download the App. I already have the App. I did re-download it but still get the same message. Please advise.

Click the "No thanks, continue to http://xfinitytv.com" link on that page to get to your DVR Manager.

So you are clicking the link and the page is just sitting there or is it taking you to another webpage?

Try going directly to the site through your iPhone's Safari browser by typing in this address:
http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr
We are working on an update that will let you manage your DVR within the app. I will update this message board when I know more.

When you open the Safari app and then try going directly to the link, what page appears? A blank page, a xfinitytv.com page, or a completely different page?

On your iPhone and go to Settings > Safari and set it to these settings:
Open Links: In New Page
Private Browsing: Off
Accept Cookies: From Visited or Always
Clear your History
Clear your Cookies and Data
JavaScript: On
After I set up these options on my iPhone, I was given the same screen and had no issues getting past it.

Joe

Just did it and still does not work. Keep in mind, it worked a few days ago. Are you sure its not an issue on the comcast side?

No other users have reported this issue and I cannot duplicate it myself.
Try downloading the Opera Mini Web Browser App and try accessing www.xfinitytv.com/mytv/dvr from there.
