W have several iPads in the house. All of them get black screens when trying to play shows in the xfinity TV app. They all get an error saying there was a problem trying to play the show. Making the DNS change to 220.127.116.11 allows the video to play. This change should not have to be made. There is no good reason to only have the DNS names required resolved by only comcast DNS servers. Can this be fixed?

this has been posted a few times I have no idea why they tell you to do that. What cable box do you have? comcast must have something wrong on the network that putting in that dns change in some markets makes it work. I for one do not have to do that on any of my 5 apple devices that I use.
