tvapp channel change stopped

Had power outage this AM. Now app won't change channel. Cable box has reset. Have signed out of app and back in No luck. Any suggestions?

click the tv tab top of this page, on the next page scroll to the bottom and click the wheel on the next page where you say cable boxes and dvr's click there, make sure tv control is set to on.
