Access to Xfinity TV listings and also updating DVR Manager

I am traveling overseas (Europe) and wanted to (1) look at XFinity TV listings and (2) to then update the DVR to record some shows.  Apparently neither is possible.

I understand that I would not be able to VIEW a show when out of the US (based on contract and other Qs & As).  However, I would hope that I could at least view the schedule and to then request a DVR recording.

What error message is appearing when trying to view your TV Listings?

Re: Access to Xfinity TV listings and also updating DVR Manager

There is no error message.

I tried changing the date or the time to view listings, and nothing changes.  I also tried selecting "HD"; again, no change.

I treid this with the laptop time zone as Europe; I also changed my laptop's time zone to Pacific US (my 'home' zone); still no change.  Perhaps the WEB application/service recognizes a non-US source IP address??

Re: Access to Xfinity TV listings and also updating DVR Manager

I just check again, and all seems OK now!!??

I did nothing to change the environment.  I had previously 'refreshed' the WEB page and was not successful.  When I just tried to change the time and then the date for the display of programs, they both worked.

Oh well ...
