Authorizing a computer

I need help figuring out how to authorize my computer.  Comcast Access on my computer says it has been authorized, but when I go onto Comcast's website to manage my authorized computers, there is nothing and I cannot access some sites because of it.

I need help with this so I can access everything I pay for.  I am getting quite frustrated here.

Re: Authorizing a computer

Remove all the devices in the authorized list and then your device can be added.  Sometimes even the same device is on the list multiple times and the authorized list just needs to be cleaned up.

Adding on to what JayInAlg said:

Comcast Access is no longer needed to play videos on Xfinitytv.com. Please delete that software completely from your computer.

When you start a premium video, it will automatically authorize your PC or Mac.
