Doesn't seem to matter, anything from the home page won't execute. This as an example:
Nothing beyond the border shows, just a black screen. I updated Silverlight as requested, no difference.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

It sounds like there is something with Firefox and the clips that are conflicting.
In Firefox, try disabling all ad blocking/pop-up blocking add-ons and extensions and then try again.
Let me know the results.

Disabled as follows Firefox de-selected "Block Pop-up windows", Ghostery chose "Pause Blocking" and AdBlock Plus selected "Disable Everywhere" and reloaded page. Still hangs with black screen. Neither AdBlock nor Ghostery report rejection of Ad Pop-up attempts when they are enabled either.
Not the end of the world. Just hasn't ever worked on FF, so thought I'd see if there was an obvious fix.

You can try completely uninstalling Firefox and then try re-installing it. This clean install will give it a fresh start and might clear any issue that is happening.
