Console Ban on XFINITY?!

So how about, when I click on XFINITY app, I get console banned, "But" when I go back to the dashboard, everything is all good plus I can play online.

This got me scared in a way... I request compensation lol.

 

But I;m serious this occurred.

So you are only getting the "console banned" message with the Xfinity App on Xbox? Everything else on Xbox works fine?

 

Are you getting an error message number with the "console banned" message?
