DRM for microsoft silverlight

Iam an HBO customer and I have been watching Trueblood on line now when I try the sight says I need a DRM for silverlight why do I need it now and what do I do I tried to follow the sugestion given on the sight but I could not figure it out and why do I have to do anything as it was working before .Stumped???
