I have two main problems.
First, when someone sends email to me in a HTML format, I am not able to see it. I only see plain text. So if the is a link that says, "click Here," for example, clicking there does nothing.
Second, when I try to watch TV, clips, r movies online, the picture always freezes. I may have to click on :Resume" 5-6 times just to get through an hour TV program. It is a bummer. Since I am paying a lot for this online TV/Movie service, I'd like to get my money's worth.

As for online videos freezing, please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.
Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
