Can someone please help me with this error? I can not play any videos on the web site. I have reintsalled adobe flash player multiple times, and I have reinstalled Microsoft Silverlight, but this does not solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been having the exact same problem for almost a week now. What's the issue and how do I fix it?

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Same problem as everybody else Joe. Deleted/reloaded Flash players and switched from Safari to Firefox browsers. NOTHING CHANGES. How about a real solution? Is error message 572 a catch-all for "dunno, try anything else"?

Joe,
I have seen you repost the same thing multiply times and I have been having this problem for a month now. I pay for service, not an error. I feel compensation is needed.

If you noticed, XFINITY aka COMCAST uses "silverlight" which is a MICROSOFT product. They seem to want us, the people who PAY their salerys, to use ONLY MICROSOFT products probably because MICROSOFT made some back-alley deal with them. Try it in Firefox, oops doesn't work, try it in Safari oops doesn't work, try it Internet Explorer wow amazing, it works... go figure.
Prove me wrong XFINITY...
