Error 6003 Message

I continue to receive the error 6003 message with attempting to play movies on my pc (Windows 7).  It matters not that I use Chrome, Firefox or IE.  All give the same error message.  Yes, I uninstalled Silverlight and reinstalled it.  Yes, I checked my firewall and yes I cleared my cache.  Nothing works.  I also tried to solve problem via a chat session but no go there either.  If this can't be fixed I am cancelling my Comcast services.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

First, try resetting the Silverlight temporary file on your computer:

  1. Close all open browsers
  2. Press and hold the Windows key and tap the letter R on the keyboard at the same time.
  3. Type "programdata" then select OK.
  4. Open the Microsoft folder.
  5. Open the PlayReady folder.
  6. Right-Click on "mspr.hds" and click Delete.
  7. Open a web browser and try to play the video again.

If you are still having issues, what videos are you trying to watch?

Thanks,
Joe
