Hi, I am having the same error message. When I watch ANY program specifically AMerican Pickers or Duck Dynasty my computer will freeze on one image as the audio track keeps playing. Pressing the "30 second replay" button fixes that. Then it will buffer constantly until I get the error message
here is my device info:

My first time trying to watch an episode online and I keep getting this error. After you refresh the page, you have to watch the same numerous commercials over again, and then it errors out once more.
Seems like a built-in glitch that forces you to watch the ads repeatedly.
The URL I was trying to watch is http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/The-Walking-Dea

Consultant says,"Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you."
That page contains quite specific information about this computer. Should I delete any parts of it before posting it to this public forum?
Error 900|8-16 is almost infuriating enough to risk the exposure, but please advise what specific information you need to eliminate the problem.

Everything under the title My Device Information except your IP Address because I do not think I will need it.
Just a FYI, we would never ask you to post private information in a public forum.
Thanks,
Joe
