One of the supposed "cures" for error msg 3222 is re-downloading Internet Explorer 9. How do I go about doing that? And, more important, is this another problem that is going to be with us for a while?

Everytime i try to download, watch or record a tv show/video/movie, I get that *&^*$%^ error message. Is there anything we can do (other than deleting cookies and browser histories) which I've done daily for about a week with absolutely no results! Do you plan to fix this problem anytime soon, or is "XfinityTV" really just a waste of time?

There are issues using IE9 right now which is being worked on.
