Can't save "Favorites" on my computer TV channel listings - log on and save them, but they're gone when I next bring up the channl listings, says I AGAIN have to log on and reselect them! (Talked with online chat for 1 hr.+, no help - I thought they said I had to stay "logged on," but that doesn't help, still wants me to reenter my Favorite channels when I bring up the channel listing again, and I'm still logged on!)

Hello,
Dont waist your time with the online chat they are useless. All what they are script readers. You are better off to post your detail problems here.

Hi, still no save and also can't get the listing to come up in setup and can't complete setup. I also lost my e-mails and whole user names in my account since posting here! I sure hope that wasn't related to this post as I spent 2 hours getting things back with the security tech on the phone. Said someone in the local market messed it up!
He didn't know about this favorites or setup issue. It seems to be a broad and common problem.
