I agree. I sent a message that I was not getting TV listings for the first 22 channels, but no one will repsond. They might as well toss their TV listings. it is an embarassment to comcast.
Zip code is correct, central time is correct, comcast digital is correct. Changed it back and forth
several times. Had the problem before and comcast fixed it on their own. A few days later the TV listing was screwed up again. I have given up on it.

Are you in the Central Time Zone?
What service area is selected?

Thank you for fixing my TV listings so I can see the channels 2-22. The TV listings would not work before except for the few days you fixed the line up, then in a few days it was back to starting with 23. Thank you, thank you.
