You mentioned that you said, " You have tried everything". Can you tell us what you
have done in detail so if we make a recommendation we will not have to repeat ourselfs.

Videos flash on Xfinity. I can't watch the videos highlighted on the main screen. Here is what I get when I click on the link you provided:
