I've had the following issue for a couple days now.
I've started watching the HBO series Deadwood. I've watched 3 episodes then while starting episode 4 the screen freezes. I've tried logging out and back in and still showing the same. There is no error message.
It just doesn't load.

Hi all,
Try using a different web browser than Internet Explorer 9 and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
Thanks,

I am happy to hear that videos are working for you.
We are looking into what in IE9 is causing these issues.
I will alert you when we find the IE9 issues and when it is fixed.
Thanks,

I subscribe to HBO and have watched some episodes of HBO programs on demand. I am now getting a message showing a key for HBO one demand asking for subscription. what gives?
