Hi, I just checked and see all episodes both online and On Demand. Can you let me know where you're looking, whether all episodes are missing or just some, and your zip code?
thanks,
Eric

I just checked again and Season 1 is totally gone and then the other seasons all have 2 random episodes available. The zip code is 20902.

ok, it looks like the On Demand listings on xfinityTV.com just haven't updated yet. If I look at the On Demand menu on TV I see all episodes (both SD and HD). I also see all episodes available to watch online. Is that what you're seeing as well?
thanks,
Eric

All of the online episodes are available via the internet, but the OnDemand on TV episodes are still missing, except for like 2 episodes for each season.

OnDemand. Season one is gone, season 2 is missing a few, and seasons 3 -6 only have a few episodes. Both HD and SD

Sorry Eric, still a NO for the 20902 zip code for episodes being OnDemand accessible via the TV cable box. The episodes are able to be accessed to watch online, but still a no go on the TV side of things.

ok, thanks for confirming and supplying your zip code. We're looking into it and will have them restored. Sorry for the inconvenience.

First of all, I want to know why some TV shows have suddenly disappeared from Xfinity Streampix. When I first signed up for Streampix a few weeks ago, the HD versions of "Battlestar Galactica" episodes were available. Now, suddenly, they've disappeared. It's still listed under HD, but when I select it there's nothing there. The episodes are available in non-HD, but I didn't invest thousands of dollars in HD video and audio equipment to watch something in non-HD when I know it's supposed to be available in HD. For the record, these episodes weren't supposed to expire until 2013.
I also want to know when or how often movies are supposed to be added to the Streampix lineup. I've noticed several movies have expired already, but nothing new has been added yet.

The episodes of LOST on TV for OnDemand have been restored if you go to HD then click TV then click All TV then go to LOST. However, if you go to Featured TV and click LOST the episodes are missing. But they have been restored if you go through the main route of TV -> All TV -> LOST....I hope that helps anybody else that was having the same problem.

Yes, at least in my zipcode they have been restored again for OnDemand TV. However, if I go to the Featured TV icon and click on LOST the episodes are still missing. But when I go to just the regular TV icon in Streampix and then to the All TV Shows icon and scroll down to LOST, all the episodes from all seasons are accessible again. It's weird that they are only viewable by going through the All TV Show route and not when you click on Featured TV. Hope that helps!

Thanks, I've verified what you're seeing in Featured TV and we're working to correct it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I noticed that the reorganized LOST episodes are not complete. I see some missing ones in each season for both the HD and non-HD versions of the episodes. The reorganization by season does make it is easier to navigate, though missing episodes is frustrating.

Can you please let me know which episodes you're not seeing and your zip code? I've checked and see all here except part 2 of the last episode (which is being restored) so if you're seeing any other episodes missing it might be a local issue.
thanks,
Eric
