Cannot view cartoon network episodes on my computer now.....simply moved the service from one address to another and everything stayed the same. Have phone, TV, and internet through you folks and have Cartoon Network as part of my TV package.
When I go to the site now (or comcast.net) it advises that I now suddenly need to upgrade my service??
Not understanding this as I have Cartoon Network on my TV and was able to see episodes prior to my recent move (big thanks for changing my phone number by the way).
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sometimes it takes time for your account to fully sync when you move to another address. Either way, this should be working so our team is looking into why this is occurring.
Are other channels giving you orange keys too? You said everything is exactly the same but does that include cables boxes (did you upgrade/downgrade)?
Thanks,
Joe

Hello Joe.
Same cable box, same service. Went out of my way to explain that I desired everything to be the same.
Thanks for the reply!
