if you go the the xfiniity web site the DVR Manager reports " While the DVR Manager is available in your area we are unable to dectect a DVR at your location"
Ok support, its a Comcast DVR, so very simple question
Is DVRManager available in the Palm Beach county area ?
If not why not and when is it going to be available, "we don't know" is not an answer
in your area with cisco SA boxes its available if you have multiroom dvr. Call comcast and ask if multiroom dvr access is available to you with guide 2.0 if it is then you can have that. its not that great,you cant delete from it all you can do is see whats on your dvr and record. I find it very rare i say to myself oh i have to record this show i am not home let me go to my xfintiy app and record it. never happens.
