Oline Shows Go Away even though they are still listed

Some shows I want to watch and are in my queue when I view in the "ALL" mode show up as available online, when I switch to the "online" view, they go away,  it happens to several of my shows, i.e Cheyenne,  Laredo, Have Gun Will Travel this has been happening for the last week

When you click online, it will only show you what videos are online. Cheyenne,  Laredo, Have Gun Will Travel unfortuntly are not available to watch online.

 

The problem you are referring to is that Have Gun, Will Travel says that 207 episodes are available to watch online when there are none. Our team is looking into this now and I will update you when I learn more.

I get that it means they arent available, but like you said for instance, Have Gun Will Travel say 207 episodes, yet none are available.  These shows all were fine up until one week ago.  CHeyenne, Laredo, Have Gun Will Travel

An update was just released and these shows should now show the correct numbers in the Queue. They are now correct in my Queue. Please check it again and let me know the results.

Yep, Theyre correct, except now they arent available on line any longer  How come they went away all at one?  I can see a single show, but all 3 of these (Laredo, Have Gun Will Travel and Cheyenne) all the same week./  bummer...

Our content is provided under licensing rules that can limit the amount of time we can offer a video on the site. If a video has disappeared from the site, chances are that you've found a video that has expired.

 

Our content team is constantly working to bring you a wider selection of TV Shows and movies. We add new content daily, but due to licensing agreements, we may not have every movie/show/episode available for viewing.

 

I will pass your request of adding these Westerns back along to our content team.
