Why all of a sudden is my account restricted and says "subscription required" when I have the subscription and have watched it before?

Hello,
If you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID and are still having issues, please go here and see if the network you are trying to watch is listed under "Premium Networks you can access online" near the top of the page.

What videos are you trying to watch?

The Closer on TNT, Breaking Bad on AMC; all of which now have the infamous orange key on the pop up. They weren't there earlier this week.

Try deleting your cookies and cache. If it still does not work, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
Also, are these channels working On Demand on your cable box?
Thanks,
Joe

Cleared cache, changed browser. No avail. Moving and install tomorrow but why should that restrict me?

I'm having the same issue with my onDemand channels. I pay for Showtime but it's been restricting me on viewing shows onDemand. I can watch the channels themselves.

So Comcast has not been installed yet? If that is the case, I may be able to create a log-in for you but it still may not work . Was your last cable provider Comcast?

Hi,
I got the same issue with some of my network channels (Disney, etc.). The weird thing is within the series, some episodes can be viewed and some are locked and required subscription (even though these channels are included in my plan). looking for some advices here (i have tried clearing cache, etc. as mentioned in previous posts).
Thanks,
Thi

No. I am moving about a mile from where I live now and transferring my account. I've had Comcast for years an have placed the order to have the new install done today. It was done. Now that the install is done, the "key" restriction is gone. Don't know why they put ANY restriction on my account AT ALL.

I am having the same issue. Online has the orange key and is stating I must subscibe to this network. I am already subscribed and can watch the shows on my TV. Any updates on when this will be fixed?

Are you a XFINITY Cable Subscriber or just a Voice and Internet subscriber?
