What is the commercial that is repeating and stopping the video from playing?

OK, I am now seeing issues with the commercials but not the exact one you are referring to.

I having a similar problem where silverlight (the latest and correct version) crashes every time the show goes to commercial. I have to click on "more episodes" to go back to the list and resume the show.
