Signed up for internet, have a bandwidth limit, charge for online streaming?

My question is will I get charged for streaming from http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/?

I have already tested it, and it lets me stream them, even though I only signed up for internet.

Some content is free to all customers but not all. Mostly all basic channels' content (ABC, FOX, CBS, etc.) are available to everyone.
