Subscription Required Filter Not Working

Why?   When I click on the Subscription Required filter that Subscription Required shows are being displayed?   For example, any show on HGTV.

So you are clicking the "Hide [key]" filter and videos that you do not subscribe to are still appearing? Do you have any other examples? I ask because HGTV shows should be available to all customers.

Thanks,

HGTV should be working still.

Do you have any other examples of videos that are appearing under the hide subscription filter that does not belong there?

Re: Subscription Required Filter Not Working

Shows that are in the list after the Hide Subscription Required is clicked but then are not accessible, because they require a subscription.

TNT - Dallas and The Closer

DIY  - Indoors Out and Bath Crashers

 HGTV - Curb Appeal

 Adult Swim - Deadman

Is anything going to be done about this problem?

I am still looking into it because I cannot duplicate it.

I have signed out and then went to the Full Episodes page. The show Dallas appears on the page when the shows are sorted by "Popular". When I use the hide [key] filter, Dallas no longer appears. Even under "Newly Available" I am seeing the filter work.

Can you please try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: Subscription Required Filter Not Working

I tried it using Firefox and I am having the same results.

Is there possibly a problem, because I do not have cable tv service?

This problem is occuring with TNT, COMEDY CENTRAL, HGTV, an d DIY at minimum.

I do appreciate your continued work with this problem.
