Syncing with TV

Hi!  when syncing with Xfinity to my TV, it recognized it, but I cannot get it to show the TV name or change the channel.  Any suggestions?

So the app is correctly seeing your boxes but when trying to show the name on your TV nothing is happening?

 

Are you using the XFINITY TV App or are you at the XFINITYTV.com Settings page? If at the Settings page, make sure that TV Control is set to On.
