Since the recent changes the TV schedule grid no longer works in Firefox. Please do not make me use IE or I will cancel Comcast altogether.

there have been no reports of that since the update.

No reports? I reported it right here several days ago. It worked for 1/2 day, and that was it.
I use Chrome.
Why was it changed. Worked fine before.

Could you describe this a bit more? What doesn't work, which version of Firefox, and what device/OS? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies?

I too have not been able to see the TV lineup since they switched to the improved new line up. I also use FireFox, Windows XP. I called comcast and spoke with someone in cable service who said it was an internet issue and he would transfer me to cable.... He also suggested that I needed to clear my cookies and cashe, which I do after every session. Now if they could get the TV listings to work as well as the constant ad pop ups and surveys that we have to deal with they would maybe have something. All comcast is doing is getting me closer to cutting my cable and placing a dish on the side of my house
