TV listing

My on-line comcast TV listing is stuck at channel 14 as the first choice.  I cannot get it to go above that.  Pls hlp.

What is your zip code and service area?

What browser are you using? Have you tried another one?

Have you tried deleting your cookies and cache?

Do you have favorites or filters set?
