Trying to play xfinity get an error code 6013 Please help

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling Silverlight. I Simply can't play a video. It has
always worked fine until today. I have DRM enables in the tools menu under playback.
I am using ie9.

Give this a try there is no guarantee it will work
Error 6013 is a Microsoft Silverlight Error:
'The user's HW configuration has changed in a significant way and the DRM state is no longer valid.'
Give this a try:
-Close your browser
-Locate this file on your computer:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PlayReady\mspr.hds"
- Rename that file FROM mspr.hds TO mspr.hds.old
-Try playing the asset again
