I am unable to get a dropdown when I try to change the date or time in 'my TV Listings' (occasionally it works).
Also, my DVR listings are different than on my TV.
For example - I setup 'Boss' to record. When I look at my DVR online I see a recording for 10/21 but no recording for the pilot episode for 10/14.
It would be nice if your staff would thoroughly 'test' before rolling out new functions and sites.
I volunteer if you need a pre-release tester - rather than doing it 'after the fact'.

The entire "TV" portion of the website does not seem to work well at all. It wasn't that great before, and now it's worse. Half the time when I search for something the page won't even load properly. It should be easy to use, and it's not. At all.

I discovered that clicking the arrow doesn't work. Click the date and the time instead.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.

Like Queen-Evie said, please click the date and time and not the arrow in the meantime.
