I am trying to watch live TV on-line. The process changes TV channels on the cable box but I get no screen on the computer.

Watching live TV on the computer is not available right now.  Mainstream live TV channels are not streamed, only a handful of speciality channels like ESPN.

Comcast will be rolling out AnyPlay to  stream live TV to tablets in the home, available in Nashville and Denver now, and more markets coming soon.

JayInAlg is correct but I would like to add one small detail.

Our product team is constantly working on improving the site to make the best experience possible. We will consider adding more live channels online for a future release.
