Log into your Comcast Customer Central account @ customer.comcast.com. Click the third blue tab, it should read "Users and Settings". There should be a "Usage Meter" bar showing your monthly info.

Then your gonna have to get with hbo go support and have them manually delete your credentials so you can setup new comcast credentials. Guess you should have changed it at hbo go first before closing out direct tv.

1 1/2 years later and still HBOGO still only on xbox. every major cable/satellite service offers the apps across most streaming devices EXCEPT Comcast! Comcasr is substandard..this is what a monopoly gets you.Even more, I can watch Xfinity app on my tablet but if I connect MY tablet to My TV the app blocks the signal....Comcast SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

funny how Comcast has Samsung TV pictures all over their website used for advertising their product but Comcast does not support Samsung TVs, the HBO, MAX, and Showtime app do not work for Comcast customers. What a load of nonsense
