Xfinity Streampix won't work with 64 bit versions of Silverlight?

I just tried to open something on Streampix. The window wants me to download Silverlight (which is already installed). It's the newest 64 bit version. Does Streampix not recognize the 64 bit version?

you should use the 32 bit version of all programs relating to comcast programs

Same thing with me. I've been trying for over a month now to get it to work. I suppose my next common sense thing to do would be to contact them lol.
