Xfinity TV Online NOT WORKING AT ALL

Xfinity TV Online NOT WORKING AT ALL - Location USA

 

System Windows 7 64bit

Memory 8gb

Graphic SLI

Newest Updates of all Sytem and here, from the "online help FAQ" where all the steps are not working either:

 

My Device Information

My Zip Code:98270

My Cable Provider:Comcast Marysville Digital

My myDVR Manager Status:activated

My Set Top Box Names:smileylaugh:VR 1

My Set Top Box Names:smileylaugh:VR 1

My Queue setup:False

Facebook Queue Syncing:false

My public IP address: - My IP that's why not shown

My operating system:Windows -  Windows NT 6.1

My web browser:Explorer 9 - Mozilla/5.0

My system type:smileylaugh:esktop computer or other device

My Move player version:Not Installed

My Silverlight version:4.0.60831.0

My flash version:11.1 r102Javascript&colon; <script type="text/javascript">// document.write('enabled'); // </script> enabled

Cookies:enabled

 

i guess this should be sufficient for watching movies.

 

.... except Xfinity Online TV.

I can:

Browse and Select.

Control my DVR including change channel and record

...But i can not watch any movie, trailer nor other things.

 

Contacted Support, no clue, try this now for more than one year. Getting Sick of it.

 

Any Suggestions here???

 

BTW:

 

Changing IE Explorer to Chrome or Firefox -->> NOT AN OPTION

Sorry that i comment on this because it is not even working in USA.

I tried this since more than 1 Year, Called Support and more - result

 

NO STREAMING AT ALL!!!!!!!

Have you tried watching a video in Crome or Firefox though? This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue. If videos do work in Firefox or Chrome, then we will know that it is something in IE that is blocking videos from playing. Maybe an add-on or something similar.

 

Also, what videos have you been trying to watch?

No and i never will change to Chrome or Firefox, no junk on my System.

Changing my System to a 3rd Party IE Explorer is not an option.

 

At the point of development it should be tested to make compatible for all existing browsers. It is not my job to make troubleshooting - i am not paid for that by comcast.

 

The Description is that it works with IE but it does not, since years. So the developers has made a mistake or they are unable to make their job.

 

I need results for IE, nothing else.

Try running IE in 32-bit mode then try watching videos again.
