Recently moved services to my new home, and was able to watch tv online for the first week or so. Now, I cannot access channels like AMC,A&E,BBC,TLC ect. Whenever I try, it says that a "subscription is required". I can watch these channels on my tv, but not online?
I have tried changing browsers, clearing cache/ cookies, updating silverlight, signing in and out, ect. Also, since moving..my address has not changed on my account and I still have my previous address listed which is incorrect. Perhaps that has something to do with it? I appreciate any tips or advice.
