Xfinity online doesn't recognize hbo subscription

I have hbo with my xfinity package and I can use hbo go on my iPhone. However, when I go to hbo go online and try to login via the xfinity site, it says I don't have a subscription (even though I clearly do). The same problem occurs if I go to use the xfinity app on my iPhone. Do I need to register devices?

make sure you are logging in with the primary account holders credentials.  If you are make sure you have the most current versions of flash and silverlight installed.

Hello,

Can you go to hbogo.com website and see if you can watch shows online there. You will have to create a new username for hbogo and use your comcast email address.

Is HBO coming in through your TV? Is HBO On Demand working?
