I know you already uninstalled Silverlight but you still have an older version installed. Please try updating Silverlight 5. Go here for step-by-step instructions:

Let me know the results.

We are having some issues with IE9 so please use Firefox, Chrome, or Safari for now.

Also, please run your browsers in 32-bit mode and not in 64-bit mode.

Re: error 6036

A 6031 error can happen if you disconnect and reconnect your monitor during playback, or attach a secondary display to your computer during playback.

Make sure that the connection between your computer and its display are secure and do not change displays while you are playing video.

Can you please provide some details about your computer?

Computer Manufacturer

Operating System Version

Type of video connector (VGA, HDMI, DVI)

Type of display (external monitor, TV, laptop screen, projector)

Laptop/desktop

Re: error 6036

I've noticed that when I play a tv program It will say that it is obtaining authorization then starting playback,  but when I try and play a movie it doesn't say obtaining authorization it just say's starting playback. Then the error 6036 pop's up. Maybe that is why we are having this problem. Hope this helps.
